EZ Bulkheads are our patented modular bulkhead systems. All of our bulkheads are designed and manufactured in Gauteng and shipped country-wide. The pre-fabricated, painted product is delivered, ready-to-install, and then simply glued in place within minutes. 

Our products are manufactured with industrial grade, recyclable materials and are SABS approved. Made from high density polymer, EZ Bulkheads are ultra light-weight and as much as 30% more affordable than traditional bulkhead installations which use steel, ceiling-board and rhino-lite. EZ Bulkheads reduce overall project costs by eliminating the need for lengthy, multi-day installations.

Within 10 days of you placing your order, the ceiling bulkheads are designed, cut, painted and finished to your specifications in our Johannesburg factory and delivered to the site, ready to install.

The installation itself is very simple. Our bonding agent is applied to the bulkhead, positioned onto the ceiling and fixed in place. Once the glue has dried, a little paint can be rolled on, and you are done. No rhinolite, no mess.
